WHEN DO YOU SHIP?
Typically, most orders within the US are processed and shipped out for its destination within 2-3 business days of your order. While some orders that ship within the US may take 5-10 business days for delivery, there are also some orders that may take between 7-15 business days for delivery.

Special Note: If you would like to get your order between 2-6 business days, there may be options for an additional fee. Please contact us at sales@calcumart.com, if you would like to inquire about faster shipping services.

International orders may take fewer or more days depending on the country of the shipping destination. Some of our products have distribution centers around the world, so be sure to select the country that is closest to your shipping destination.

Keep in mind, the delivery date that is featured on the product page is only an approximation. However, you will be able to track your package in real-time via our store website or our shipping carrier, which in most cases for domestic orders would be the United States Postal Service. 

We make every attempt to ensure your package gets to our costumers in a safe and timely manner. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to COVID-19 restrictions and limitations.

To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one to two weeks prior to ensure timely delivery.

Most of our orders ship via various shipping methods depending on your country.

RATES TO SHIP
We charge a flat rate for shipping if orders are less than $50 and it is calculated at check-out. Free shipping only on purchases over $50. Thus, if you spend $49 or less, the shipping rate you receive at checkout is your final shipping charge.


ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FEES RELATING TO SHIPPING?

We do not charge additional fees for shipping. However, you may be charged a customs/import duty for your package depending on the item and the destination your package is being delivered to. The customs duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders.

 

HOW TO TRACK A SHIPPED ORDER
If a tracking number is available and an email address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number once the order ships. For all shipping methods, once the order ships, the order on our website is updated with a tracking number (if available). You can retrieve your order information by logging into your account on our website's tracking page available on our menu.

7 Day Not Working on Arrival Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact us via email at sales@calcumart.com for return authorization within 7 days of the order being received.

After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we can send you a new item free of charge or you can choose to receive a full refund. 

30 Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened & Unused Items

Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  We also do not accept products that are sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you made a purchase using a cryptocurrency, a refund will be issued to the senders' cryptocurrency wallet address.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Refunds in cryptocurrency are typically faster.

Sale items (if applicable):

You have 30 days to request a refund on a sale item. However, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return on a sale item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
